Jimmy started this business in 1984 primarily serving the rubber industry. Over the years, Jimmy, along with key employees, has expanded the level of service to companies across the U.S. Noted for our "it's our job" mentality, Jimmy ensures Universal Technologies is available 24/7 to accommodate customer needs.
Glenna has been with Universal Technologies for 17 years and handles all business operations for the company. She has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience.
Jason joined our team in 2016 and brought a vast knowledge of our industry. He has played an integral part of growing UTI with connections
Teddy Cargill

Teddy started as co-op machining student in 1998. Teddy now handles all CAD drawings and technical issues regarding parts we fabricate, machine or design. He controls the shop schedule and ensures all parts leaving our facility are inspected to the prints.
